Volunteer with Us

You can make a difference.

Our mission is to provide a listening ear and free counselling support to anyone up to 35 years old. Youths or their friends can reach us through our helpline or other digital touchpoints and we offer a safe space in their journey of hope.

Training and Community Events

Volunteers will receive free training and skills development in areas like psychological first aid, basic counselling, etc.

To support our volunteers further, we will also hold regular community sessions called Youthline Connect where volunteers can meet, share and learn from each other.

Available roles

Our helpline volunteers will provide a listening ear to youths over the phone or other digital channels. Volunteers must be able to commit a minimum of 4 hours a week.

To provide support to youths who are struggling emotionally and require a face-to-face connection. Counsellors must be professionally trained and accredited.

We are looking for fundraising ambassadors to help us reach out to the public with the goal of spreading awareness about our service and raise much needed funds that are required to sustain and expand our ability to serve more youths who need help. We are looking for volunteers between 18 and 30 years old for this programme.
