We are an integrated youth service.
Youthline Ltd was founded with the vision of providing an integrated youth service to support young people who need help, regardless of race, religion or economic background.
The three pillars of our service model are a live helpline, free counselling/referral services and a peer mentoring programme.
By creating a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment that respects the unique needs of young people in Singapore, we aim to provide effective support to those who need it.

To be a safe space for every youth to experience hope, love, empowerment and support with the people who care for them.

To provide a listening ear and effective support to young people who need help so that they are not alone in their journey.

The Board of Youthline is responsible for the strategic direction and governance of the organization. The Board members guide the work of Youthline and works in collaboration with the Management team to ensure that the organization’s mission and objectives are achieved.
